The Baxter Colleague 3 Volumetric Infusion Pump can be utilized for continuous or intermittent delivery through clinically acceptable routes of administration, such as intravenous, intra-arterial, subcutaneous, epidural, or irrigation of fluid spaces applications. The Colleague triple channel pump’s battery has a 3 hours operating time at 100 mL/hr for all three channels (with fully charged new batteries). It takes 12 hours to recharge to 80% of capacity. An internal charge system recharges batteries whenever the device is connected to an AC outlet.
