Customer Service Representaive

This position functions as the face of customer service for the company. It is part of the Sales Department, and reports to the Sales Manager. The major duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to inbound telephone requests from customers.
• Make outbound telephone calls to process orders.
• Conduct outbound consultative telesales calls in support of the sales force .
• Database profiling of accounts to improve prospect targeting.
